From application to first cohort.

Four stages from initial application to running your own certified cohorts. End-to-end, expect 6–10 weeks before the first cohort goes live.

Tell us about your training practice, target audiences and current customer footprint. We respond within 5 business days.

Accredit

Your nominated instructors complete the train-the-trainer programme. Co-delivery with an Appice lead for the first cohort.

Pilot

Run a 1–2 cohort pilot under co-branded delivery. We grade the cohort outputs together.

Scale

Independent delivery under your brand, listed in the partner directory. Recurring revenue share kicks in.

Common questions for training partners.

Who can become a Training & Certification Partner?

Academies, training providers, certification bodies, and SI / consulting firms with a training arm. We also work with universities and industry-association academies in regulated sectors. Existing Appice partners (Implementation, Technology, Reseller) can layer Training onto their current programme.

Do we need existing trainers?

Helpful but not required. We run a 4-week instructor accreditation programme that brings any qualified educator up to delivery standard, and we co-deliver the first cohort alongside your team.

Is the curriculum white-labelled?

Yes. The curriculum, slides, exercises and certification mark can be co-branded with your training brand. Some elements (the certification mark itself, the exam bank) remain Appice-controlled to protect the credential's value across the network.

How does revenue share work?

Per-learner certification fees and per-cohort delivery revenue. Share rates depend on whether you bring the customer, deliver the training, or both. Detailed economics are in the Training Partner Agreement we share post-application.

Can we focus on a specific role or industry?

Yes. Many partners specialise — e.g. a banking-focused academy delivering only the Banking overlay across all three role tracks, or a developer bootcamp delivering only the Developer track. Specialisation is encouraged.

What's the time commitment to launch?

Application response: 5 business days. Train-the-trainer: 4 weeks. First co-delivered cohort: typically week 6–10. Independent delivery from cohort 2 onward.
